“I am excited about my role as Executive Director of Provident Village at Creekside and the commitment of the Provident Resources Group to create an environment that is devoted to uniquely personalized care and a vibrant lifestyle for each of our residents.

"Provident Village at Creekside is dedicated to assuring that each of our assisted living and memory care residents enjoys life to the fullest and receives the support they need even as their abilities or health may change over time. We focus on encouraging and enabling what our residents can still do as opposed to simply managing their limitations.

"Our Memory Care programming is focused entirely on ensuring our residents live well and enjoy purposeful lives filled with joy, humor and fun. We offer peace of mind to the families with loved ones in our care and also provide a welcoming place where they can turn for hope, support and comfort,” says Elaine.
